All orders will take 5-7 business days to be processed. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days . If you enter the incorrect shipping address, please notify us via email Crownherandco@gmail.com as soon as possible for a change of address. We will do our best to change address if emailed in a timely matter. Please note that changes are not always guaranteed. CrownHer & Co is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. All shipments will require a signature for delivery. As of now, all hair contents will be shipped within a Black and Gold QueenedbyQ box. CrownHer & Co. is formerly known as QueenedbyQ.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. A refund or an exchange will be considered only if there is a mishap on our end and we must be notified within 14 days of any issues after your purchase.
